About

Hello, my name is Kurt Waters and I live in Baltimore, Maryland. I work for ERIS (Environmental Risk Information Services) as a historical research analyst and digitizer.

I am a volunteer member of the Box 414 Association (the mobile canteen wagon) and the city fire museum of the Baltimore City Fire Department.

On my spare time, I really enjoy photography! I photograph pictures around the City of Baltimore, as well as in other towns and areas. I enjoy photographing a variety of architecture and nature, but in particular I thoroughly enjoy photographing our fire departments around the state of Maryland, Washington D.C. and in other surrounding states, such as Pennsylvania and Virginia. I have been taking pictures since 1997 and have been a fire department buff ever since I was a young child. I have been taking strictly digital pictures since 2008, most of which are on my website.  All photos on my site are available for purchase. Enjoy!
